ABOUT APOSTLE PAUL JOHNSON ASAMOAH'S MINISTRY
 God's servant Apostle Paul Johnson Asamoah,  General Overseer of The Powerlife Prophetic Ministries Worldwide was born on the 6th of January, 1972 to a former  police Chief inspector, Mr. Michael Asamoah and his wife Mrs. Gladys Asamoah.
   Apostle Paul Johnson Asamoah attended Half-Assini Roman Catholic Primary School. He was elected as a school prefect. While in school, he wrote the Common Entrance exams and passed. He had a scholarship to Half-Assini secondary school in 1988, while there he was elected as class prefect. From Half-Assini secondary school he continued to the Kikam Technical Institute, RADISCO(Radio Advance Communication Technology), he was the school chaplain whilst in RADISCO.
He attended Roman Catholic schools but was born into a Presbyterian family. He was given the name Paul by one of the elders in the Presbyterian Church his parents were attending when he was born. He joined The Pentecostal fellowship under the late Elder Joe. One day, a lady by name Akos came to Aterkyemu police barracks and invited him to a church called The Refreshing  Hour International Church under the leadership of Bishop Ebenezer Sefa (presiding bishop in charge), Rev. Dr Stephen Baiden, the resident pastor of the same church  nurtured him deeply into the things of God between 1994-1995. In 1995, he had a fellowship named Doctor Jesus Prayer Ministry on his own, it was non-denominational. God sent him to The Victory Bible Training Institute after 21 days of fasting and prayer under the leadership of Bishop Tackie Yarboi in 1996-1998 for a 2 year diploma course and to further his training as well. While in Bible school, Bishop Tackie Yarboi sent him to a church called, The Liberating Gospel Ministries. Upon his graduation from Bible school, he came to Accra and started another fellowship with a strong prophetic calling which he named Doctor Jesus Prayer Ministry now known as The Powerlife Prophetic Ministries. He was empowered by Bishop Tackie Yarboi together with other ministers to make it in ministry. Bishop Tackie Yarboi posted him to one of his church branches in Osu as a form of service before he commissioned him to go ahead and establish his own ministry. He was finally ordained by a white missionary from the United States of America in 2002 under the Full Gospel Fellowship of Churches and Ministries International of Oregon, Inc.
  Apostle Paul Johnson Asamoah is currently the Presiding Bishop of The Powerlife Prophetic Ministries Worldwide, the Chairman  of The Executive and Apostolic Councils and also the leader of the governing bodies of the church. Apostle Paul Johnson Asamoah also oversees many branches of the church within and outside Ghana and he is the senior pastor at "The Solution Center"(Powerlife Prophetic Ministries headquarters), Alhaji-Kweikuma Accra.
  Apostle Paul Johnson Asamoah hosts a daily radio broadcast called "prophetic voice" and also ministers on Jesus FM radio station. He is the president of the Powerlife Prophetic Bible Training Institute, Powerlife Prophetic Academy and Ghana school of missions, Pastor's Network Ghana, All Believers Prayer Team, Nations Together, Fullness In Christ, International Fellowship of Apostolic Faith Ministries (with Dr Sam Kurian Thomas as the head in Malaysia and Apostle Paul Johnson Asamoah as the head in Ghana) etc. He is also one of the leader's of The Ministers and Evangelists Network (USA). He also hosted the "Storm Harvest Ministries" (Australia) under the leadership of Robert Holmes, International Ministers(U.S) under the leadership of John G. Lake, Global Discipleship Alliance(U.S minissionaries)/Global Leadership Lead (U.S), Maranatha Ministries(U.S/Canada) under the leadership of Bishop Devon Laird, World Revival Minissionary League.
  In addition to the work of God, Apostle Paul Johnson Asamoah is a problem solver and an author of many books. He has the anointing to solve problems. Some of the books written by him are  Global Mindset, Christians of Today, You Can't Be Hidden, Inside and Outside God, Daily Devotional Quotes, Daily Prophetic Word and Devotional Life Meaning of Scriptures just to mention a few. He has undertaken the "Special Chief Executive" program for church managers at the University of Excellence or World Missionaries in the U S. He is also the director of Heritage Village Orphanage.
 Apostle Paul Johnson Asamoah is married to a God-fearing woman Rev. Mrs Bernice Asamoah who has been of help and support to the ministry.
  Their union has been blessed with four kids. The family reside at Kuwait-Central in Kasoa, Ghana.



Very few men are willing to sacrifice the time it takes to spend in prayer before the Lord to have the kind of relationship like the greats in the Bible. Like these men, they had an encounter with the Lord, and their lives were forever changed. These men realized it was never about them, it was about Jesus. Apostle Paul Johnson Asamoah knows that it is not about him but about Jesus. So even in this brief bio, it is not about Apostle Paul, but what Jesus has done and what Jesus is doing through a disciple of Christ. Apostle Paul has witnessed first hand the power of the Lord's healing hand, when at an early age, Apostle Paul drowned, yet did not die. Apostle Paul did not die because it was not his time. Apostle Paul spend hours sitting at the feet of Jesus, praying and worshiping the only true living God because his life has been forever changed by him. Apostle Paul hears the voice of God, because like the scripture says, "my sheep hear my voice and the voice of a stranger they will not follow." Apostle Paul has surrendered his life completely to Jesus because he knows that without Jesus- he is nothing. Apostle Paul sends devotionals and scripture readings daily to people all over the world. Apostle Paul has such a hunger for the lost to hear the gospel, that he is learning different languages so that he is well prepared for anyone the Lord puts in his path. Apostle Paul also shares the gospel with children who have lost their parents. He has orphanages that he takes children in and clothes them, feeds them, teaches them, but most importantly he teaches them about Jesus. Apostle Paul also offers his phone number to the entire world offering prayer and biblical counseling to all those who call. Apostle Paul is a man of integrity because he wants to reflect his Heavenly Father.
