Anyone who chooses to believe in God's goodness as the perfect father and puts their faith in Him will be covered for their weaknesses. Abraham chose to believe and he was considered righteous. Days happen where we can never do the right thing, say the right words, act the right way, or we just don't feel good enough. Don't worry, your belief in God will cover you when you don't feel like enough.

Meaning: Fathers play such an important roll in the lives of their children. Fathers pour confidence, hope, love, and security into them and in turn, their children reflect that. It’s one way of showing honor. In the natural, the role of the father is to reflect God to their children. Don’t dwell on your father’s shortcomings, instead, dwell on the the good things he poured into you. Be thankful for the life you have and who you are. Honor your father because God promises to bless you.

Be still in the presence of the LORD, and wait patiently for him to act. Don't worry about evil people who prosper or fret about their wicked schemes.

Meaning: We are living in a day where God is increasing His favor. He wants to amaze you with His goodness. Maybe you have seen God’s goodness to a certain degree. In reality, you haven’t seen anything yet! God has favor in your future that will supersede anything that you’ve seen in the past. The scripture talks about how the glory of the latter day will be greater than the glory of the former day. That means what God did for your parents or grandparents, He’s going to surpass in your generation. The blessing and favor of past generations was good, but we serve a God of increase! My friend, what Jesus is before God, you His body are. As He is, so are you in this world! Today, God wants you to lay claim on Christ being your head. Start believing that all His perfections, and the delight and joy that He brings to the Father’s heart, He has set to your account. And you will begin to realize that as Jesus is a sweet smelling aroma to the Father, so are you.

“Behold, how good and how pleasant it is for brethren to dwell together in unity!”

Cantique des degrés. De David. Voici, oh! qu`il est agréable, qu`il est doux Pour des frères de demeurer ensemble!
Meaning: One place where the devil has robbed the church is in the area of unity. Unfortunately, what you have today are brethren dwelling together while their hearts are far from one another. You see people sitting together in church, but their hearts are so far away from each other that you must wonder what is going on.
This tragedy has spilled into families. Some parents can’t agree with one another on anything. Even children disagree with their parents, and siblings don’t agree with one another. Today, sibling rivalries are tearing homes apart. The very thing that should be our advantage is what the devil is using to tear us apart. We should celebrate our differences, because that is what makes us complement each other. All truth is parallel.

Give your burdens to the LORD, and he will take care of you. He will not permit the godly to slip and fall.

Meaning: David's conscience began to bother him because he was counting to see how large his power had grown. In hindsight, David was able to see how pride had blinded him into thinking he was responsible for the kingdom's prosperity. It's easy to fall into this thinking when we count our money and attribute excess to our own accomplishments. Be careful to stop pride from growing, since excess is a result of God's graciousness.

When God saw what they had done and how they had put a stop to their evil ways, he changed his mind and did not carry out the destruction he had threatened. This change of plans greatly upset Jonah, and he became very angry.

Meaning: Do you place a lot of pressure on yourself? You get overwhelmed easily and then feel like a failure when you don't measure up to your own expectations of perfection. God wants to free you from those burdens. Release yourself to God. Stop trying to control everything. Let go and let God.

Those who are dominated by the sinful nature think about sinful things, but those who are controlled by the Holy Spirit think about things that please the Spirit.

Meaning: Our thoughts have a great impact on us. Our thoughts are what impact our words and actions. When your mind is not in a good place you can be hurtful in words and deeds. Yet often our mind gets burdened by anxiety, despair, and fear. If you notice the circular thoughts, stop them by changing the direction of your thoughts. Don't allow your mind to be dominated! Focus on ways you can show mercy to others or what you can say to respond with a gentle tone. Focus on things that please the Spirit.

Meaning: Everything is much better in our memories. That's the case with the Israelites as they were wandering in the desert, they were remembering the foods they used to eat. Never mind that they were slaves! God provided a daily miracle for them and that is their thanks. What miracles is God providing for you that you've overlooked? Let's learn from these ungrateful Israelites and thank our God for His provisions with a grateful heart!

May my heart be blameless toward your decrees, that I may not be put to shame.

Meaning: We may regard this inspired prayer as containing with itself the assurance that those who keep close to the Word of God will never have cause to be ashamed of doing so. The prayer is for soundness of heart. Many will be ashamed in the last great day, when all disputes will be decided.

Car on donnera à celui qui a, et il sera dans l`abondance, mais à celui qui n`a pas on ôtera même ce qu`il a.
Meaning: When the Lord has given to a man much grace , He will give him more. Blessed be the Lord, it is His way when He had once made a beginning to go on bestowing the graces of His spirit, till he who had but , and yet truly had little is made to have abundance. Abundance of grace is a thing to be conveted, it wouldn't be well to know much but better to love much.
2. Deuteronomy 20:4
For the LORD your God is the one who goes with you to fight for you against your enemies to give you victory."

Car l`Éternel, votre Dieu, marche avec vous, pour combattre vos ennemis, pour vous sauver.
Meaning: We have no enemies but the enemies of God. Our fights are not against men but against spiritual wickedness. Our God abhors everything which is evil, and therefore He goes with us to fight for us in this crusade. He will save us and He will give us grace to war a good warfare and win the victory. We may depend upon it, in that if we are on God's side, God is on our side.

"Now will I arise," says the LORD. "Now will I be exalted; now will I be lifted up.

1. Mark 12:30
And you must love the LORD your God with all your heart, all your soul, all your mind, and all your strength.

et: Tu aimeras le Seigneur, ton Dieu, de tout ton coeur, de toute ton âme, de toute ta pensée, et de toute ta force.
Meaning: Is your heart wholeheartedly serving God where He has placed you? Has your heart moved on and God won't let you go? The danger of this happening is the fruits of your labor becomes much less fruitful. However, it is entirely possible to once again bear bountiful fruit. Even though it may be difficult to do, bring all of your heart back to where you have been placed until God moves you elsewhere. Bring back your heart.
2. 2 Timothy 4:16
The first time I was brought before the judge, no one came with me. Everyone abandoned me. May it not be counted against them.

Meaning: When you are alone and feel abandoned by people, how does your heart feel towards them? When Paul wrote these words he was chained in prison, alone and facing execution. These were some of Paul's last words recorded and yet he didn't curse those who refused to testify and deserted him. Let us pray for hearts that would pardon those who desert us when we need them most.

Since he himself has gone through suffering and testing, he is able to help us when we are being tested.

This is not the time to get angry and turn against Jesus. He knows exactly what you are walking through. You are not alone and he has felt your pain. Cry out to Jesus with your heart. Take comfort from these words in the Bible.

Cling to your faith in Christ, and keep your conscience clear. For some people have deliberately violated their consciences; as a result, their faith has been shipwrecked.

Meaning: When God opens our eyes and we see sin in our lives we face an important decision. We can choose to deal with the sin and clear our conscience or we can choose to follow our own way. Unfortunately, by not clearing our conscience and staying on the wrong path, it takes a terrible toll on our walk with God. The longer you embrace your sin and allow it to flourish, the harder it becomes to turn back. A clear conscience is a beautiful thing, but more so is an intact faith.

Never slander a worker to the employer, or the person will curse you, and you will pay for it.

Sometimes we get an employer involved which makes things worse. Not only are we trying to get revenge we are also failing to take their situation into account by trying to ruin their livelihood. When you feel wronged, try to catch yourself, let it go, and forgive.
